Mind Healing Hub does not guarantee or promise any particular result, recovery, improvement, relationship outcome, behavioral change, or resolution as a result of using our services.

The effectiveness of counseling or therapy may depend on numerous factors, including individual circumstances, participation, consistency, external circumstances, and the nature of the concern being addressed.

Any examples, testimonials, statements, or descriptions of potential outcomes appearing on our website should not be understood as a guarantee of similar results.

5. Website Information Is Not a Substitute for Professional Assessment

Information published on the Mind Healing Hub website, including articles, blogs, educational materials, FAQs, videos, social-media content, and other resources, is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

  • Replace emergency or crisis services.

You should not rely solely on information published on this website when making decisions concerning your health, mental well-being, relationships, legal matters, medication, or other significant personal circumstances.

6. Emergency and Crisis Disclaimer

The Mind Healing Hub website is not an emergency service.

Website forms, emails, messages, appointment requests, social-media messages, and other online communications may not be monitored continuously and should not be relied upon for immediate assistance.

If you or another person is experiencing an immediate mental-health or medical emergency, is at imminent risk of self-harm, suicide, violence, or serious injury, or requires urgent medical attention, please contact your local emergency services, go to the nearest emergency department/hospital, or contact an appropriate emergency healthcare professional immediately.

Mind Healing Hub does not guarantee an immediate response to online inquiries.

7. Counseling and Therapy Relationship

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, making an inquiry, or requesting an appointment does not by itself establish a counselor-client, therapist-client, or other professional relationship.

A professional relationship is established only in accordance with the applicable professional process and after the relevant professional has agreed to provide services.

Mind Healing Hub may decline or refer an inquiry where the requested service is outside the scope of services that we can appropriately provide.

8. Professional Judgment

The counselor, therapist, mediator, or other professional involved in your care may exercise independent professional judgment regarding the appropriate nature, frequency, duration, or continuation of services.

Where appropriate, a professional may recommend that you seek additional or alternative support from a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, medical professional, legal professional, rehabilitation provider, emergency service, or another qualified professional.

You are responsible for considering and discussing such recommendations with the relevant professional.

9. Appointments

Appointments may be requested through the website, telephone, email, online scheduling system, messaging service, or other communication channels made available by Mind Healing Hub.

An appointment request is not automatically a confirmed appointment.

An appointment is confirmed only after Mind Healing Hub or the relevant professional provides confirmation through an appropriate communication channel.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when making an appointment.

10. Appointment Changes

Mind Healing Hub may need to reschedule, modify, or cancel an appointment due to professional availability, illness, emergencies, technical problems, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, we will notify you of changes and attempt to provide an alternative appointment.

We are not responsible for losses or inconvenience arising from appointment changes or cancellations to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Clients

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you should provide reasonable advance notice.

The cancellation and rescheduling policy applicable to your appointment, including any applicable cancellation fee or no-show fee, will be communicated to you at the time of booking or before the appointment.

Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, or late arrivals may affect the availability of future appointments.

12. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for an appointment, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent appointments are not unnecessarily affected.

Where appropriate, a professional may determine whether the remaining time is sufficient to conduct the session safely and effectively.

Any applicable fee for a late arrival or missed appointment will be governed by the cancellation policy communicated to you.

13. Fees and Payments

The applicable fees for counseling, therapy, mediation, consultation, or other services will be communicated before or at the time of booking, where applicable.

You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms communicated to you.

We may accept payments through payment methods or third-party payment providers made available by Mind Healing Hub.

Where a third-party payment provider is used, the transaction may also be subject to that provider’s terms, conditions, and privacy policy.

14. Refunds

Any refund, cancellation, or payment adjustment will be handled in accordance with the refund or cancellation policy applicable to the relevant service.

Where no specific refund policy has been communicated, refunds will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

Certain services may not be refundable once they have been provided or commenced, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Mediation Services

Where Mind Healing Hub provides mediation services, the purpose of mediation is generally to facilitate communication, understanding, negotiation, and voluntary resolution between participating parties.

Mediation does not guarantee that the parties will reach an agreement.

Mind Healing Hub and its mediators do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise and permitted by applicable law, a mediator does not act as the personal legal representative or advocate of any party.

If your matter involves legal rights, property, finances, custody, divorce, contracts, court proceedings, or other legal issues, you should obtain independent legal advice where appropriate.

16. Voluntary Participation in Mediation

Where applicable, parties participating in mediation are expected to participate honestly, respectfully, and in good faith.

Mediation may be discontinued where the mediator considers that continuing the process is inappropriate, unsafe, ineffective, or otherwise unsuitable, subject to applicable professional and legal requirements.

17. Confidentiality

Mind Healing Hub recognizes that counseling, therapy, and mediation may involve highly personal and sensitive information.

We take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable law, professional obligations, and our Privacy Policy.

However, confidentiality is not absolute.

Information may be disclosed where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law, court order, professional obligations, or circumstances involving a serious or immediate safety concern.

Additional confidentiality terms may apply to particular services or professional relationships.

18. No Guarantee of Absolute Confidentiality of Online Communications

Although we take reasonable measures to protect information, communications through email, online forms, messaging applications, video-conferencing platforms, telephone networks, or the internet may involve security risks outside our complete control.

You acknowledge that electronic communication cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure or confidential.

For sensitive matters, please use communication methods recommended by the relevant professional.

No communication channel should be treated as an emergency response service unless expressly stated otherwise.

22. Children and Minors

Certain counseling or therapy services may be available to children or adolescents subject to applicable law, professional requirements, and appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

Where required, a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized person may need to provide consent.

The confidentiality and information-sharing arrangements applicable to minors may differ from those applicable to adults.

Specific arrangements will be discussed with the relevant professional where applicable.

23. Substance Abuse and High-Risk Situations
